Payment and your email are handled by Stripe on the next page. Full refund any time before your panel ships; after delivery, every panel carries a 12-month limited warranty and 30-day returns. Please read before ordering: Hiya Concierge is subject to the rules of the U.S. Federal Communications Commission (FCC). This is a conditional pre-order: no unit will be delivered until the device has successfully completed required compliance testing.

Founding pre-orders also set the size of our first production run. If we do not proceed to production for any reason, every founding pre-order will be refunded in full automatically.

You may cancel for a full refund at any time before your panel ships — just reply to any of our emails. If that testing is not successfully completed, we will refund you in full.
