When Anticipated Q4 2026. Boxes ship only after the device completes its required FCC testing, so this is an expectation and not a promised date — cancel for a full refund any time before yours ships.

Subscription The box needs a Hiya Home Concierge subscription to answer guests — $9.99 a month for your first property, $4.99 for each additional. Start it whenever you like; it gives your guests the pocket concierge right away, so it works before the box arrives.
Tax Sales tax is calculated at checkout and added where your state requires it. The $199 above does not include it.

The box is bought once. The subscription is what answers your guests — and it starts working the day you turn it on, not the day the box lands.

Payment and your email are handled by Stripe on the next page. Full refund any time before your box ships; after delivery, every box carries a 12-month limited warranty and 30-day returns. Founding orders are one box each — for more Concierge boxes, write support@hiyaguest.com and we'll take care of you. Every box ships in our clear-varnished maple — want a darker finish? Reply to your order confirmation and we'll see what we can do.

Please read before ordering: Hiya Concierge is subject to the rules of the U.S. Federal Communications Commission (FCC). This is a conditional pre-order: no unit will be delivered until the device has successfully completed required compliance testing.

Founding pre-orders also set the size of our first production run. If we do not proceed to production for any reason, every founding pre-order will be refunded in full automatically.

You may cancel for a full refund at any time before your box ships — just reply to any of our emails. If that testing is not successfully completed, we will refund you in full.

Running an inn or B&B?

This box is built for a single home, bought once and set up by you. For a property with guest rooms and a front desk we install and maintain them per room, on a monthly rate that includes the hardware and replacement. Start on the inn page →
