Every Hiya Concierge panel is built by hand and covered by this limited warranty for twelve months. Effective July 27, 2026.
This limited warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship in a Hiya Concierge panel purchased from hiyaguest.com or an authorized channel, under normal indoor use, for 12 months from the date of delivery. That includes the LED display, the internal electronics, the power supply the panel ships with, and the woodwork and assembly of the enclosure.
If your panel has a covered defect, email us and we will repair it or replace it, at our choice, at no cost to you. Within the United States we pay shipping both ways. A repaired or replacement panel is covered for the remainder of your original warranty term. If we cannot repair or replace a panel within a reasonable time, we will refund what you paid for it.
Damage from accidents, drops, impacts, spills, or water; outdoor use; damage caused by powering the panel with anything other than the power supply it ships with; panels that have been opened, altered, or repaired by someone other than us; normal wear; and cosmetic marks that don't affect how the panel works.
One note about the wood: each frame is cut from solid maple, so grain, color variation, and the subtle character of a natural material are part of the product, not defects.
The voice-answers subscription is a service, not hardware — it's governed by our Terms of use, not this warranty. Software, wifi, and setup questions aren't warranty matters either, but we'll gladly help: the same support address handles all of it.
Email support@hiyaguest.com with your order number, a description of the problem, and a photo or short video if you can. No registration is required — your order is your proof of coverage. We'll confirm coverage and send instructions, including a prepaid shipping label where applicable.
To the extent permitted by law, any implied warranties, including the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, are limited to the duration of this written warranty, and we are not liable for incidental or consequential damages. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, or the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so these limitations may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary from state to state. Nothing in this warranty limits any rights you have under applicable consumer-protection law.
