Photos, videos, and captions a guest chooses to upload during a stay, and a host's account email. We don't collect location, contacts, or advertising identifiers, and we use no advertising or analytics SDKs. Guests don't create accounts.
Uploads are shown on the property's TV after host approval. Each upload is screened for unsafe content using OpenAI's moderation API for that purpose only. We don't sell personal information.
Guest uploads are tied to a single stay and deleted automatically at checkout; a host can remove anything sooner. To delete your data or account, contact us below.
