I'm Hiya Concierge — a small, hand-built LED box that knows this home. I show the wifi, the weather, the tide, tonight's events — and if you ask me a question out loud, I'll answer with what your host taught me.
How it works
No app, no account, no wake word — just a button.
Hold the button, ask in a normal voice — where's the beach gear, when's checkout, how does the grill work — then let go. I answer out loud in a few seconds.
My answers come from the guide your host wrote for this exact place — door codes, quirks, favorite dinner spots. I'm not a search engine, and I'll say so when something isn't in the guide.
When a QR code fills the screen, scan it — that's the pocket concierge, the same answers on your phone while you're out, for the length of your stay.
Think of me as texting your host, but faster. The questions asked during your stay — and my answers — are saved with the booking so your host can fix anything I got wrong. They're tied to the stay, not to any one person in your party. Recordings aren't kept; I only listen while the button is held. Details in our privacy notice.
